This Protein Ice Cream is the perfect post-workout treat.

The boost of protein comes from our Skinny Protein mix (2 tbsp = 9g of plant-based protein). The hemp protein will help with post-workout recovery, while the pea protein promotes muscle growth.

The green cherry on top of this super healthy, protein ice cream sundae? You’ll get a double serving of greens thanks to the 3 green superfoods in the Skinny Protein mix as well as our Super Green mix.

PROTEIN ICE CREAM

SERVES 1 | VEGAN

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Skinny Protein mix
  • 1 tsp Super Green mix
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Juice and zest from ½ lime
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut yogurt

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!

Super Tip: Substitute 2 Muscle Power for the Skinny Protein.
