The protein we're using in this recipe is the Muscle Power Mix, a blend of rice- and pea protein, lucuma, maca and banana. It contains all essential amino acids and 60% highly absorbable protein. It definitely takes this Cookie Dough to a new level!

  • 1 tbsp Muscle Power
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 cup oats
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • a pinch of salt
  •  ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
  •  ½ cup dark chocolate chips


  • Chocolate chips, nuts


  • Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the chocolate and nuts and stir well.
  • Scoop the cookie dough into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
  • Enjoy!
