Acai Bowl Recipe

The Acai Bowl – everybody knows it, everybody loves it! It is all over Instagram and in every health food café around the world and simply stole our hearts. For good reason: Because Acai Bowls look like ice cream, almost tastes like ice cream – but with health benefits. And it's super easy to whip up! We made our Acai Bowl with the Forever Beautiful Mix, which contains Chia Seeds, Maqui, Acerola, Maca, blueberry powder, and of course – Acai! A healthy punch of antioxidants and vitamins!
- 30g Forever Beautiful Mix
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 200g frozen berries
- 3/4 cup water or plant milk
- banana coins
- fresh berries
- muesli or granola
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or highspeed-blender until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in a bowl.
- Add your toppings.
SUPER TIP: For an exotic Acai Bowl, substitute the frozen banana with frozen mango or pineapple and add a splash of coconut milk!
